I am a psychologist and an environmental therapist. Currently, I am also undergoing training in integrative psychotherapy. In my work, I follow the principles of mindfulness, empathy, and an individual approach to each person.

I support children, young people, and adults experiencing emotional difficulties, crises, low mood, anxiety, relationship problems, overload, and adaptation difficulties. I am particularly close to working with families receiving a diagnosis for themselves or their child — for example, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or other neurodevelopmental difficulties. I help them go through the diagnostic process, understand the emotions associated with it, and find their place in a new life situation.

I gained professional experience, among other things, working with children and families, people with neurodevelopmental difficulties, neurological patients, and people in crisis situations. I am particularly interested in topics related to ADHD, the autism spectrum, high sensitivity, emotion regulation, self-esteem, and the child’s functioning in the family and at school.
In my interaction with the patient, it is important for me to create a safe, friendly space where they can be listened to without judgment. I combine psychological knowledge with a practical approach to the daily difficulties, helping to find solutions that are feasible in real life.

I work with both children and young people and with adults. I also support parents in better understanding the needs of the child and in building calmer, more supportive family relationships.
