I am a psychologist specializing in working with people in mental crisis and with youth aged 11-18. I support not only the young clients, but also their parents.

I completed my master's degree in clinical and neurological psychology and the four-year Crescentia School of Psychotherapy with a cognitive-behavioral profile. I gained my experience, among other things, at the Provincial Psychiatric Hospital in Gdańsk. Neurosis and a high sense of stress are the focus of my further training and practice.

I am also a certified dog therapist.

Dog therapy uses the presence and interactions with well-trained dogs to improve people's mental, emotional, and physical health. Interactions with a dog can include various activities such as petting, hugging, playing, walking, and performing simple exercises with the dog.

Dog therapy can be used to treat mental disorders, emotional problems, trauma, physical disabilities, and in the rehabilitation process after injuries. The dog motivates, relaxes, activates, and always accepts.

I work using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy – to support you in discovering your own strength and motivation to take action.

Therapy is a choice – sometimes one or two sessions are enough, to feel a change within you.
